The attorneys of Cotter Law Group’s Appellate Litigation Department are dedicated to providing our clients with the best opportunity for success, whether in prosecuting or responding to appeals. Our attorneys have successfully briefed and argued appeals in the First, Second and Fourth Appellate Departments in the State of New York. In addition to handling appeals on matters which we were counsel of record at the trial court level, our attorneys have also been retained for the sole purpose of briefing and arguing matters on appeal.
